Akuapem Poloo's case has been shifted to January 29, 2021.

The slay queen has been charged with publication of nude pictures with her seven-year-old son.

Her case, which was supposed to be handled on November 23, 2020, where the court was expected to conduct the Case Management Conference (CMC), was shifted because the Prosecutor in the case Chief Inspector Agartha Asantewaa is on leave.

According to the court, the purpose of the CMC is to identify the essential issues in the litigation and to avoid unnecessary, burdensome or duplicative discovery and other pretrial procedures in the course of preparing for trial of those issues.

The court presided over Her Honour Christina Cann ordered that prosecution to file all the necessary disclosure documents including witness statements before the next court sitting.

It all began like a joke when reports suggested that Akuapem Poloo has been arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) after refusing to honour the respectful invitation that they had offered her a few days ago.

It was earlier reported that the CID, prompted by Children's Rights activists, had invited the slay queen over the indecent photo of her own self and her son that she posted on her social media page.

She herself confirmed the invitation and openly stated that she did not plan on paying attention to it.

The CID called her out multiple times in the space between the time that she had been invited last week till yesterday yet no positive response came from her. It has now been gathered that the CID has lost its cool and has proceeded to arrest the celebrity.
