Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District Records 6 New Positive Covid-19 Cases

The Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District Health director, Mr Samuel Kwabena Ofosu has confirmed that the number of accumulative active COVID-19 cases in Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District has increased to 26 with 6 new additional cases as of Friday, February 26, 2021.
Out of 26 cases, 20 have recovered leaving six, who were found through contact tracing.
32 samples were revealed to have been taken to Noguchi awaiting results.
The District Health director has then advised parents to be watchful of their wards for the reason that they frown on covid-19 health directives after school, which is detrimental to their health.
Central regional Soireenews correspondent, Abusuapanyin Kojo Ahinful also seek the consent of residents on their decision towards the arrival of the covid-19 vaccines which are been prepared for immunization.
Some hesitated to partake in the vaccination exercise unless president Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo is openly immunized.
