The  Assemblymember for Asamansudu electoral area in the Sekondi/Takoradi Metropolis of Western Region of Ghana, Mr. Osman Ibrahim is popularly known as Sansiro, has renovated a public toilet in his electoral area for his people.

The toilet facility which was built in 2002 as part of the HIPIC fund benefit during former President Agyekum Kufour's regime has facility never seen any proper facelift since its construction. It was in a deplorable state, unhygienic and inconvenient for its users, therefore the people resorted to open defecation putting their health life at risk. 

The Assemblymember, prior to the district assembly elections made a promise to the people of Asamansudu that,  if voted into office he would renovate the toilet facility to give it a facelift to look better.

Truly, the facility has been renovated by giving a new painting to the structure, installation of new ceiling fans and new seaters, tiling of the floor, and placing of the new poly tank. 

The newly renovated facility was reopened to the public today,14th February 2021 and those who had the opportunity to use the facility could not hide their joy but to commended the Assemblymember for honouring his promise.
