'MzVee' has called out her colleagues to keep their beef lyrical and to not let it descend into physical fights.

The popular Afrobeats artiste declared her support for beef in the industry, saying they could be used to promote the music scene if done right. She however warned that she does not support beef getting to the point where celebrities involved start trading physical blows.

She expressed these views while addressing the recent wave of beef among female musicians in the industry with two of the beefing artistes resorted to trading physical blows at the premises of TV3's station before separated by onlookers.

“Fights happen everywhere. It’s not new. They should just keep it lyrical. It shouldn’t go beyond that ever. You should be able to express yourself completely in a song. That’s what music is for.

"We share our emotions and thoughts with people so you should be able to share what you think in your music but don’t let it ever get physical…,” MzVee expressed her disappointment at the two artistes for allowing things to get that far, she spoke on an interview with TV3’s New Day with Berla Mundi.

“I hear they’ve made friends now so it’s a good thing so they should carry on and do music and even collaborate…,” She concluded.

The 'Sherriff' Hitmaker stated that she never gets into public beef because she likes to handle her matters privately.
