Cardi B is coming under fire after she and husband Offset gifted their daughter Kulture with her own Birkin.

But the Grammy winner isn't about to apologize for her and her family's expensive taste, telling her 70.6million Instagram followers in a video on Wednesday that 'it's not up to what the kids like.' 

On Wednesday Cardi's husband shared a video of himself gifting their daughter with a belated present - a mini pink Birkin bag which retails from $8,000.

In the new video Cardi, insists her daughter needs the bag, telling her followers: 'Yea, kids only care about toys and candy. But the thing is, kids also go outside. Kids go to restaurants, kids go to fancy places. Celebrity kids, they go do red carpets.

And if I'm fly, and daddy's fly, then so is the kid. If I'm wearing Cha-nay-nay, my kid's having the same thing. It's not up to what the kids like. If it was the kids, they'd be outside in diapers.

'No, cause if I was looking like a bad b***h, expensive b***h, and I had my kid looking like a bum bum, then y'all would be talking s***.'

'So, I'm not mad that daddy bought baby a Birkin. She gonna match mommy.'

In the clip Offset put on his Instagram, the dad doted over his adorable daughter as he gave her the pricey bag.

'Wow, it's pretty, it's pretty,' Offset said. 'Look, this is yours mama, wow, see you beautiful baby, it's your Birkin!'

In the clip, the toddler wore a pink ruffled dress with a tiara and butterfly wings as her dad presented her with the expensive pink purse.

The Migos artist captioned the post, 'Late is better then never I Birkin my baby.'

The bags can cost from $8,000 to $500,000, Business Insider reported last year, and have a tendency to appreciate in value.

ast week, the couple celebrated Kulture's second birthday at their home, where the songstress presented her daughter with jewelry.

The rapper documented her lavish celebration with a slew of Instagram snaps and videos, giving fans a glimpse of the LOL Doll-themed celebration as she and her little girl donned adorable matching Chanel-inspired looks. 

As Cardi shared a look at the array of jewelry send to little Kulture for her birthday celebration, she also showed off the eye-catching decorations and food laid out for the occasion.

Documenting the party on Instagram, Cardi showcased her and little Kulture's adorable matching blue plaid outfits, with a chic jacket and skirt along with a black bow blouse.

The party was clearly inspired by LOL Dolls, with an entire wall of pink balloons and decorations covered with the iconic characters.   

In order to adhere to coronavirus guidelines, the rapper parents provided face masks with 'Kulture' printed on the front of them, along with a sanitization station complete with a hand sanitizer pump and forehead thermometers to check each guest's temperature before entering. 

Cardi recently filed her own trademark and paperwork for a baby line inspired by her daughter.
