The Chairman of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic  Council (GPCC) Obuasi Branch, Rev. Emmanuel Kwame Anane has dispelled the notion that the covid-19 vaccine is a sign of the end time.

Rev. Anane after being vaccinated at the Obuasi East District Assembly on Tuesday, March 2 said the conspiracy theory about the vaccine is not true.

"I have taken my first jab and I can say it's not painful as some people want us to believe, and after taking it, I'm as normal as I was before nothing shows that I have been given a vaccine"

"I want to tell all Christians that it is God who has given us this vaccine and it has no spiritual connotations which will take a Christian to hell."

He further disputed the Covid-19 vaccine is not a sign of 666 as some people perceive it.

"It is nowhere in the bible that the mark of the devil will be in a vaccine, the Bible says that the mark will be on the forehead or at the back of the palm. The vaccine is not given in that way, so it's free from spiritual attachment"

I want to tell all Christians to take part in the vaccination process, especially those in the first category to safeguard them from the deadly virus."
