In the 125th Der Klassiker, Bayern Munich were left celebrating as a sensational Joshua Kimmich strike was enough to beat Borussia Dortmund 1-0 and all but wrap up the Bundesliga title.

Erling Haaland was withdrawn from De Klassiker game in the 720minute after Borussia Dortmund failed to catch up Bayern to challenge for the Bundesliga.

 

 

Joshua Kimmich’s 43-minute goal extended Bayern’s lead to seven on top of the table.

Harland’s fine form has continued with 13 goals in 14 games for his new side but he was unable to hit the target in Tuesday’s crucial league match.

The Norwegian was instrumental in the game and had his shot at goal deflected off the arm of Jerome Boateng with the referee awarding no penalty.

The 19-year old was forced off the pitch and American teenager, Giovanni Reyna took his place but failed to impress as Dortmund disappointedly seem to have lost the title.
