'Kessben University College AWARDS scholarship to brilliant but needy students' - Kessben

“The scholarship is to help the needy and empower them to attain certain heights in life. We also reward scholarship to excellent students who demands to press on in education. They might not be needy yet due to how they are excel, the school provides them the incentive to press on”.

Mr. Stephen Boateng, the Honorable Chancellor Kessben University College has commended graduands for the ability to build a new phase of their life through knowledge acquisition.

He motivated graduands not to be indolent after attaining such experience but to be determined and employ what has been imparted at their various work places.

“I have the assurance that if they put to work what has been instilled in them here, and go ahead to enrich themselves through attaining their Masters' Degree to enrich their capacity, they will go places,” he said.

Kessben University College as part of its corporate social responsibility has pioneered a ‘chancellor’ scheme, which awards scholarship to brilliant but needy students in the institution for four years. Mr. Stephen Boateng strengthened the policy and explained it purpose as an approach to support the needy. He explained that destitute students from the Senior High School with aggregate six to 15 are only welcome to be part of the scheme.
