The President and Chairman of M&C Group Global, Mr. Michael Bartlett-Vanderpuye has conducted some senior journalists through the company's newly-built and furnished head office located at East Legon in Accra on Monday December 12, 2022.

Addressing the journalists, Bartlett-Vanderpuye disclosed that the M&C Group Global is 15 years of operation of its flagship company, M&C Management Consult.
The 41-year-old Ghanaian business mogul stated that in 2007, from a modest but enthusiastic beginning, his company took off as an investment advisory consultancy, operating from the living room in one of the suburbs of Accra.
According to him, the company, was a consultancy established by him who is a young banking and finance graduate with big dreams.

He pointed out that his vision as a young banker has actively identified needs, leveraged on opportunities and took bold risks hence venturing into various business industries.
He mentioned that the M&C brand has over the years grown into a global player with presence on four continents.

With offices in Accra, Johannesburg, Dubai, Hong Kong and China, he noted that the M&C Group has thus placed Ghana on the world pedestal.
"It is not surprising that M&C Logistics and Trading Company, is one of the companies shortlisted by the Minerals Commission and certified by KPMG, and approved as one of three companies to supply gold to the central bank as it moves towards backing the Cedi with Gold," Mr Bartlett-Vanderpuye.

Against this background, Mr Bartlett-Vanderpuye stressed his company’s readiness to partner the government in its quest to add value to the gold and create more jobs for the teeming unemployed youths in the country.
According to him, one of the major goals of the company was to open up its operations and work closely with the various agencies of the government, particularly in the area of gold supply, logistics services, procurement services and food commodities another other business development management.

"I have been saying always that when it comes to entrepreneurship, l believe that every individual has elements of entrepreneurship but it depends when he/she decides to tap into it.”
"Let us imagine, some people may say that, l wasn't born to be an entrepreneur but you can work in public service for so many years, sixty (60) years after you go on retirement. Then you start doing private consultancy, what is it, it is pure entrepreneurship you have started.
"So someone who started entrepreneurship when he was twenty (20) years of age, and you started entrepreneurship at the age of 60 years, the person who started at the age of 20 years has more experience than you. So it depends when you start it.
"And an entrepreneur don't look for excuses; entrepreneur looks for good solutions in the mess of business crisis," he advised.
