My Relationship with Prez Akufo-Addo won’t Affect my Job as Supreme Court Judge – Kulendi

Supreme Court Judge Nominee, Yoni Kulendi says his relationship with President Akufo-Addo would have no bearing on his work as a Supreme Court judge should he be approved by Parliament.

Yoni Kulendi, a private legal practitioner, who has a history with the law firm of the president, said his work, should he made a Supreme Court Judge, would be guided by the Judicial Oath.

“If you have ever deal with me in consideration of right and wrong, you may not like me because I tend to see black as black white and as white,” he noted

He said his role in the apex court would be to play a referee and, therefore, his private relationships and attachments will not hinder his efficacy as a professional.

His oath, he said would be “to do right to all manner of men” and that he follow holistically.
