Former Multimedia group employee, Nana Yaa Brefo has admitted that she resigned because she felt that the organization did not appreciate her hard work.

The broadcaster divulged that she tendered her resignation because Multimedia was ungrateful to her course indicating that she tendered in her resignation letter due to her fallout with Ghanaian actress, Nana Ama McBrown.

Although Nana Yaa Brefo elaborated that she felt as if her colleagues and her employers did not value her work enough still the backlash received from her interview with the actress was perturbing.

According to her, the interview was the last action that made her cement her decision, a pronouncement she had been thinking of for a while before then.

"Sometimes, you don't feel like they see who you are. It sometimes got me to feel that I'm not as big as I see myself. It's only when I resigned that I realized that I'm big," while speaking in an exclusive interview with host Ola Michael on 'Entertainment Ghana' on Neat FM.

Nana Yaa Brefo was heavily criticized by the Ghanaian public for her lack of professionalism over the irrelevant questions that she asked Nana Ama McBrown concerning Bishop Bernard Nyarko's death.

It apparently seems as if she received the same reprimands from her employers, which inevitably led to her resignation.

Nana Yaa Brefo announced her resignation from the Multimedia Group Limited on Sunday, May 17, 2020.
