Security takeover Gomoa Fetteh Beach

The security personnel has been deployed to the Gomoa Fetteh beach to prevent people from going ashore this, Easter Monday.

The motive for the security is to prevent people from venturing the beach to swim, the situation authorities believe could increase covid infections since there is the tendency for swimmers to flout the protocols.

The Omankrado of Gomoa Fetteh, Nana Kwesi Quansah told SN24 News that the chiefs and authorities of Gomoa decided to seize people from going ashore due to Covid.

According to the chief, Gomoa Fetteh is more than Kwahu when it comes to holidays where people go to the beach therefore they saw it necessary to place a ban on it to curb infringement of covid protocols.

He prayed that pandemic covid-19 would vanish in order for businesses to continue at the beach.
