Veteran Kumawood actor, Oboy Siki, has ordered filmmakers to stop making obscene claims about wanting to have helped Bernard Nyarko financially while he was still alive.

Oboy who was close to the late actor clarified that the decision Bishop Nyarko made to stop people from coming to see him was the right one as no one wanted to genuinely help out.

Filmmakers started raising objections to why they were not able to help the late actor stating that they could not because Bishop Nyarko’s mother prevented his colleagues from visiting him on his sick bed.

According to Dada Santo, he was first confused when the family made the decision not to allow anyone to visit him, until the late bishop and his mother made things clear to him.

"Kwame in an interview explained that these film makers were only coming to visit him to take pictures for social media clout that is why he prevented them from coming. When he spoke I understood him because our people are wicked and hypocrites.

He rebuked the filmmakers who claimed they wanted to support him with money and questioned them how much money they wanted to give him since he knew very well they had nothing for him.

“They claimed they wanted to give him money, what money? It is this foolishness that gets me angry. What money do you have to give him?”

Oboy Siki was responding to controversies surrounding the bishop’s decision and the uproar that decision caused among some Kumawood folks revealing that their hypocritical nature was the reason why the family came to that conclusion not to allow visitors.

He asserted that Bishop Nyarko in an interview before he died made known that he specifically gave instructions to his mother not to allow anyone to pay him a visit because they were hypocrites, and he totally agreed because indeed Kumawood filmmakers were nothing but pretenders who would have visited him with cameras ready to take pictures to share on social media.
