Producer asks Sarkodie to show some respect to his name and experience in the industry.

Veteran sound engineer, Zapp Mallet has expressed his displeasure at Sarkodie for pairing him with "young and inexperienced" music producers who have not been in the game for a long time with regards to the new Instagram battles trend. 

Sarkodie decided to call on some awards-winning producers to challenge each other in Ghana and his suggestions have not gone down well with one of the producers he suggested.  Sarkodie called on producers likes; Zapp Mallet, Jay Q, Appietus; Kaywa, Hammer, and MoG.

Zapp Mallet, a legendary music producer felt insulted that Sarkodie would mention his name amongst the other and said, "there is something called respect which is lacking in Ghana today. For instance, you don't compare somebody who was churning out hits before you made Kindergarten with your mate who just started a couple of years back. Show some respect, You will also get there”

 

 

Musicians on social media now do "battle" on Instagram video live while their fans watch on as they still intend to provide some sort of entertainment during the Coronavirus quarantine period. Some musicians have paired themselves with their friends, while fans have suggested their favorites musicians and music producers pair up.
