Ghanaian politician Hopeson Adorye has received comfort from social activist and singer Kwame A Plus following his recent removal from the Ministry of National Security by the government.

Hopeson Adorye recently acknowledged in an interview with Oman FM that the government had fired him from the National Security.

Hopeson Adorye explained why he was fired in an interview with Oman FM, revealing that he knows who was responsible and that it was done for political purposes.

Hopeson Adorye claimed that the reason for his dismissal was that he backed flagbearer candidate Alan Kyeremanten. He also claimed that a senior party official, not Kan Dapaah, wrote the letter of dismissal.

“I’m not a zombie, uncle, I was told that my support is not towards a particular camp so I should be dismissed, I have been dismissed. ‘Your appointment has been terminated with immediate effect.’ That is why I am stressing that God will cater to us, we will never die.”

In response to Mr. Adorye's dismissal, A Plus posted a video of the politician on his page and said that because he has experienced similar suffering, he understands Hopeson Adorye's anguish.

He captioned his posts, “They take do chairman ???? I’ve been there before. Veli veli painful. My brother doesn’t mind them #Yebedidi ????”.
