Adentan NPP Issue Guildlines To Prospective Parliamentary Candidates
The Adentan Constituency Executives Committee of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Greater Accra Region, have called on the prospective parliamentary candidates who would be vying on the ticket of the NPP for the 2024 general elections to desist from any form of campaign activity that precede the official opening and filing of nominations.

The Adentan Constituency Executives Committee of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Greater Accra Region, have called on the prospective parliamentary candidates who would be vying on the ticket of the NPP for the 2024 general elections to desist from any form of campaign activity that precede the official opening and filing of nominations.
The directive was contained in a one page communique issued after a meeting held between the Constituency Executive Committee and all prospective Parliamentary Candidate Aspirants on August 5, 2022.
In a strong worded communique issued on conduct of campaign activities by prospective p candidates of the NPP in the Adentan Constituency signed by Constituency Secretary, Cobby Nyedu Bediako and copied to the Soireenews.com stated that for the avoidance of doubt, campaign activities includes posting of branded flyers and write-ups on social media and physical groups engagement, as well as mounting of billboards or displaying any paraphernalia that seek to advance the course of a prospective aspirant in respect of the impending Parliamentary Primaries in the Adentan Constituency.
These guidelines are in consonance with the earlier communique issued by The National Executive Committee in respect to the upcoming parliamentary elections.
We therefore entreat all prospective Parliamentary Candidate Aspirants and their supporters to abide by these directives to help foster the much needed unity that is required to recapture the Adentan Constituency Parliamentary seat for the NPP in the 2024 general elections.
The Adentan Constituency Executive Committee of the NPP assured all prospective Parliamentary Candidate Aspirants that, a level playing field will be maintained to ensure a free, fair and transparent Parliamentary Primaries and wish them well in their quest to represent the NPP in the Adentan Constituency in the 2024 general elections.
Note:these, they noted that these guidelines do not prohibit any prospective aspirants from engaging on a one-on-one basis.
According to the communique, the Constituency Executives will monitor the activities of those prospective aspirants
and when necessary bring them to book or order.
The communique stressed that sanctions would be applied when the need be.
