Angry Youth Apprehends Theif and Allegedly Cut Off Hand in Sekondi.
Narrating the incidence to Soireenews, some of the youth said they got a call that there is a thief at a shop around 3:00am trying to steal from there and the owner of the shop was called in and briefed about the situation.

An angry youth has cut off the hand of a suspected thief by name of Abey who broke into a welding shop to steal a welding machine in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis of the Western Region.
Narrating the incidentoireenews, some of the youth said they got a call that there is a thief at a shop around 3:00 am trying to steal from there and the owner of the shop was called in and briefed about the situation.
They said, upon arrival at the shop, they met Abey who is an ex-convict broken into the shop attempting to steal a welding machine that they used to work at the shop.
The owner of the shop in an attempt to retrieve his machine struggled with him and manage to cut off his hand before the thief was able to be arrested.
He was later reported to the police and referred to the Sekondi government hospital for treatment before investigations of the stealing will continue.
