Commuters around notified military officers close to the scene to alert the police on the happening.
A woman who spoke on condition of anonymity has been narrating how she made the shocking discovery of the body to soireenews.
She disclosed that there were no marks of assault when the body was inspected by officers at the scene.
The deceased body was found in a wooden structure hanged, wearing a green top which was torn and a yellow knicker.
Residents around are shocked due to the nature of the sad incident meanwhile, the Parents of the deceased are still not identified.
The body of the deceased has since been deposited at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) for identification while an autopsy continues.
