The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Akosua Baako Foundation, Mr. Charles Opoku has won the Assin North Constituency parliamentary primary on the ticket of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) to face embattled Parliamentary Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr.James Gyakye Quayson and others on Tuesday, June 27, 2023
Mr. Charles Opoku who doubles as the philanthropist polled 397 out the total 537 ballots representing 74%
Mr Frederrick Freeman Amoah-Kyei polled 136 representing 25.3%
