Finance Minister begs Parliament for time on the cost of the presidential charted jet
The Minority leader Haruna pleaded on behalf of the finance minister for a rescheduled of his question.
The Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta has written to the clerk of parliament's table to asked for time to provide the detailed cost of the charted private jet to three nations for a national assignment.
His plea was as a result of an urgent question filed by the Honourable Member for North Tongu, Honourable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa asking the Minister to account to parliament how much the president spent on his trip to the three-nation tour, France, Belgium and South Africa
Meanwhile, the Minority leader, Haruna pleaded on behalf of the Finance Minister for a rescheduled of his question.
But the North Tongu Member of Parliament and ranking member on the foreign affairs committee, Honourable Okudzeto Ablakwa told pressmen in an interview that he feels disappointed.
