Eyoh Soundboy, a young Ghanaian music producer has reportedly kicked the bucket after battling kidney diseases for years.

The ‘Wababiom’ producer gave up the ghost in the early hours of Tuesday, March 1st, 2022 in his home.

The news was broken by blogger Samuel Kumah, who has been at the forefront of bringing Eyoh’s plight to the public.

The Team Brain Workz Entertainment CEO suffered kidney failure years ago and was receiving treatment at the Korle-Bu dialysis center.

The illness ate away at his strength whilst it completely emptied his pockets.

In several videos with Sammy Kay, Eyoh told his sad story and pleaded for help from the industry and the public to keep his dialysis treatment going

His wife Aisha Yussif, who confirmed his death to Sammy Kay, revealed Eyoh bitterly wept in his final days in the presence of his children for not being able to cater for them due to his health.

A ‘producer for the stars’, Eyoh made his name producing songs for artists including Kofi Kinaata, Kwaw Kese, Mr. Eazi, Double and more.

He was nominated for Producer of the Year at the 2013 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

May his soul rest in peace.
