MzGee: Don't minimize my efforts; I didn't get rich by sleeping my way up

She pointed out that perseverance pays off and that people shouldn't be led to believe that "every soaring female media personality" got rich by sleeping their way to the top.

According to MzGee's recent Facebook post, her long-term coworkers attest to her workaholic tendencies, which are clearly paying off for her.

Her article, which included a video of her interview with Medikal on United Showbiz on Saturday, attempted to clarify the interview's intended goal, which has been misunderstood and led to many personal jabs at her.

MzGee had gone deeper into probing Medikal over the alleged marital crisis with his now-estranged wife, Fella Makafui, during their interview concerning his performance at O2 Indigo in London.

Medikal indicated MzGee was acting like a marital counselor with her question, indicating he wasn't happy with it based on his reaction.

After a hit show, he rather lost control, questioning MzGee's moral integrity and raising concerns about his marriage.

Medikal's angry outburst at MzGee during the interview went viral, giving detractors a platform to cast doubt on MzGee's competence as the anchor of a widely watched show like United Television.
