Police begins investigation into the murder of two friends
The Ashanti Regional Police Command has confirmed to the media that they have begun investigation over the death of two young men at both Kotwi and Brofoyedru in the Atwima Kwanwoma District of the Ashanti Region.

According to ASP Godwin Ahianyo, the Regional Police P.R.O said they received a distress phone call at the Trade district police command that one, Nana Boakye, 28-years was lying dead on the street of Kotwi and they proceeded to the scene and conveyed the body to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
Later in the day according to him, they received other calls from the community that, one Sheriff, 25-years was lying lifeless at Brofoyedru and conveyed the body to the morgue.
He said the deceased were very good friends who went to a drinking spot and misunderstanding rose between the two.
"A thorough investigation has now begun and we will invite any concerned person to assist in the investigation". ASP Ahianyo added.
