US puts $5m bounty on al-Shabab spokesman

The spokesperson for the militant Islamist al-Shabab organization is the subject of a US bounty.
Ali Mohamed Rage, also known as Ali Dheere, was the subject of a $5 million reward for information leading to his identity or whereabouts.
He is a senior leader of the organization and has served as al-main Shabab's spokesperson since May 2009, according to the State Department.
