Atwima Nwabiagya North DCE secures 100 per cent endorsement

Honourable Rebecca Yeboah has been renominated as District Chief Executive for the Atwima Nwabiagya North District.

Atwima Nwabiagya North DCE secures 100 per cent endorsement by Assembly members and government appointees.

23 out of 23 casts a 'Yes" vote to secure her a 100 per cent vote. Six of the 23 were appointees whilst the remaining 15 were elected members.

Speaking, after a declaration by the Atwima Nwabiagya District Electoral Commissioner, Madam Mercy Owusu, the DCE thanked his excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo for entrusting her again for the post.

She also seized the opportunity to thank the Assembly members and others for such a bigger endorsement.

The committed DCE however pledged her quota to work very hard to secure expected development in the district so that the break the eight agenda is assured. 

Mad Rebecca Yeboah entreated the Assembly members, chiefs and people of the community to cooperate with her and the president as they dream to work hard to move the nation forward.

Other dignitaries who graced the occasion included Her excellency Georgina Kusi, a council of state members who represented the national council whilst Mr Kwabena Nsenkyire represented the Ashanti regional council as the acting Ashanti Regional minister. Other chiefs also attended the program to make it a success.
