Bibiani Bloody Clash: I Never Shot  And Killed  Ibrahim Adams! -Nana Ebiri Kwaku III Fires At Critics

The Chief of Bibiani Hwenapori in the Sefwi Ahwiaso Traditional Area of the Western North Region, Nana Ebiri Kwaku III, has denied the wide spread allegations circulating on the both traditional and social media platforms to the effect that he shot and killed Ibrahim Adams, an Muslem citizen living in Natuikumye, a farming community in Bibiani.

According to the chief, he has been accused by his enemies that he killed Ibrahim Adams when youth group belonging to the self-styled chief of Bibiani,Nana Ngoah Anyimah Okodom II to prevent a delegation he [the Odikro of Bibiani Hwenapori, Nana Ebiri Kwaku III] led to  perform the necessary traditional rituals.
The rituals, he explained was aimed at “thanking the Mensin River gods and the ancestors of the Bibiani land for the discovery of the gold in the area which would be mined by the Mensin Gold Bibiani Limited, a large-scale mining firm in Bibiani.

"My attention has been drawn to the current photography of me carry a gun which was circulating in the social media platforms that the police are searching for me because l shot Ibrahim Adams directly in the head during a peaceful demonstration. 
The report further stated ;"Sadly our beloved brother, Adams lost his life, any one who sees this self-styled chief should report him to nearest police station. Justice for Ibrahim Adams, justice for the Bibiani youth."

However in a quick response, Nana Ebiri Kwaku III expressed his condolence message to Ibrahim Adams family members at Natuikumye near Bibiani upon the sudden departure of their son, saying that he knows the parents and sisters of Ibrahim Adams very well.
According to the chief, he was completely saddened upon hearing the death of the young man, adding that "So he wishes to express his deep sympathies to the family members of Ibrahim Adams to take heart in this difficult times."
Loosing a young energetic man within this movement is not an easy message to take. But the Lord should strengthen the parents and family members of Ibrahim Adams.
Nana Ebiri Kwaku III also extends his condolence to friends of Ibrahim Adams and the rest of his sympathizers and family, but the chief was quick to state that he was not the one who shoot and kill Ibrahim Adams as being peddled by his blackmailers in the traditional and social media platforms.
According to him, whoever have the footages of the videos or evidence which attest to the fact l [Nana Ebiri Kwaku III] have shot and killed the boy he dared that person to cone out to proof that l shot the boy."
The chief repeated that "l am not the one who shot the boy. I can state that l did not even seen that boy on the scene of the incident that fateful Thursday."
Nana Ebiri Kwaku III pointed out that "after the incident that we all saw that video footage that Ibrahim Adams has a gunshot wounds on him face but by then l was not there and l dare everyone to come with the envidence."
"Even the gun l manage to snatch from man called Okese from the camp of self-styled Bibianihene to protect myself have one bullet in the gun and that l have not even fire that bullet," he stated.

He repeated that "l got to know that the boy came to the scene in the accompanying of the hired thugs by the self-styled chief of Bibiani to attack us there when we all saw the footages of the video captured on the ground.
He pointed out that there a lot of envidence of the video footages that proved that l was not holding a gun.
"Even before that incident l was having a chat with the Bibiani District Police Commander when the thugs override the police officers protecting security on the ground and at that time l was not with the gun until the incident happened," he stated.
He stressed that"the fake news being published in the social media platforms against me that l shoot the boy was a calculated attempts by my blackmailers to dent my hard earned reputation. And that the general public should disregard the statement since it is fake and unfounded."
The chief stated that the wide spread allegations that Ibrahim Adams has been riding a Pragia Motor before he was shot is completely also not true.
"This is because if it is true that Ibrahim Adams is surely riding the Pragia motor, its wind screen would be broken when he was shot by the gun.
"But the gun bullet which wounded his face does not showed that he is riding Pragia. We all believe that Ibrahim Adams may have be shot on the ground when he accompanied the hired thugs to prevent us from perform the rituals to “thank the gods and the ancestors of the land for the discovery of the gold in the area and not resettlement as alleged by Nana Ngoah Anyimah Okodom .”

Against this background,Nana Ebiri Kwaku III called for the setting of the committee of expert to analyze the footages of the video and proof if he was the one who shot and killed Ibrahim Adams.
