However, on Tuesday, Burna Boy became more famous after a video emerged where Rihanna, arguably one of the world’s best-selling female singer, was seen vibing to ‘Ye’ — Burna Boy’s polyrhythmic song off of his early 2018 album ‘Outside’.

Rihanna had requested that the song be turned up and then she started dancing and singing to it.
This has caught the attention of Nigerians on social media platforms, especially Twitter, where users are beginning to lavish Burna Boy with all sort of praise for taking “Afrobeats to the world”.
