Court adjourns Police inspector girlfriend-killing case

The accused,Police Inspector, Ahmed Tumasi and girlfriend, Victoria Dapaah has been remanded into police custody and is set to reappear in court on May 30, 2023. Police inspector identified as Ahmed Twumasi has been charged with murder for allegedly killing his girlfriend, Victoria Dapaah, in Adum, Kumasi.

According to documents presented in court on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, Inspector Twumasi claimed that the deceased owed him GH₵5,000.00. Inspector Twumasi was reported to have used his service pistol to commit the crime.
