C/R: 4 Armed Robbers Jailed 72-Years for Robbing and raping pregnant Woman at Awutu Bereku
Chief Inspector Stephen Tamaklo has confirmed that robbers have been sent to Ankaful Prison to begin their sentence.

The Awutu Ofaakor Circuit Court presided over by His Lordship, Ebenezer Osei Darko has sentenced four Armed robbers to 72-years imprisonment for allegedly robbing and raping a four-month-old pregnant woman at Awutu Bereku in the Awutu Senya West District in the Central Region
The robbers, Solomon Quaye alias Cee is 26years, Edwin Paa Kwesi, 28 years, Benjamin Mensah, 22 years and Paul Sekyi is 24 years were jailed for 18 years each.
Awutu Bereku Station officer of the Ghana Police Service, Chief Inspector Stephen Tamaklo told Soireenews reporter Alex Donkoh that, the armed robbers came all the way from Agbogbloshie and robbed three houses on a go before raping the four-month-old pregnant woman during their operation.
"They robbed three rooms, and the third they raped a four-month-old pregnant woman," Chief Inspector Stephen Tamaklo revealed.
"They were arrested at Agbogbloshie and were detained until judgement yesterday. They have each received 18 years sentence and have been sent to Ankaful Prisons," he added.
He added that "the pregnant lady is now doing fine."
