The items according to the Majority Leader of Ghana's Parliament will help facilitate teaching and learning in the various schools in the constituency.

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Suame Constituency who doubles as the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Honorable Kyei Mensah Bonsu has donated educational materials to schools in the Suame Municipality.

The items which include, Exercise Books, Computers, Desks, Tables for Teachers, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), Printers, Nose Masks, Face Shields are worth GHC200,000.

The items as addressed by the Member of Parliament will help facilitate teaching and learning in the various schools in the constituency and augment the relationship between teachers and students to understand the things they are taught easily.

He briefed that the Free Compulsory Universal Basic Education (FCUBE) is to ensure that all Ghanaian children of school-going age are provided with quality formal education and training through effective and efficient resource management that will facilitate the making of education delivery relevant to the manpower and social needs of the nation.

He told that the donation of educational materials will help strengthen the initiative of the government to appropriately prepare and improve the quality of the education services offered to pupils before they graduate into the Free Senior High School policy.

Honourable Kyei Mensah Bonsu assured that the implementation of free tertiary education which is in process means government is aimed at shapening education in the best way to make it affordable for everyone in the country.

He advised parents to take advantage and engage their wards in the process because laws will be implemented to charge guardians who denies their children free schooling.
