Students of Kwadaso Agricultural College in the Ashanti Region have pleaded with the government to engage most of the students to make the course attractive to undertake.

Students of Kwadaso Agricultural College in the Ashanti Region have appealed to the government for post jobs after completing their education.

They expressed this bitter concern at the Launch of the school's 100 Years Anniversary on Thursdays, 28th October 2021.

In an interview with the President of Agric College Student Union, Asiedu Fredrick revealed that the government has stopped posting students of the College after completing their academic year, a situation that has leveraged the interest of people in agriculture as a course. 

He pleaded with the government to engage most of the students to make the course attractive to undertake.

Asare Kodua Bernard, level 300 student of Kwadaso Agric College expressed his worry over non-payment of the students’ allowances and the inadequate number of teachers at the colleges to provide the needed tuition for excellent academic work.
 
Abeka Benjamin, level 200  students appealed to the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA) to improve and renovate mechanisation centres in the various agricultural colleges and provide them with buses for educational trips and other related activities.

Owusu Amoako Peter, also a level 200 student also appealed to the government to assist them with enough capital to start their own business when they complete school.

He added that there are a lot of government institution in the country which they can be employed directly after school.
