THE EASTERN REGIONAL Deputy Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Kwaku Boateng, affectionately called Kade Boateng, has rallied support for the party as he joined the inauguration of the Zongo Caucus Working Committee of New Juaben South constituency at the regional office
