The Ghanaian brilliant lyricist highlife legend passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, following information passed by his grandson while speaking on HitzFM.
Nana Ampadu died at the Legon Hospital in Accra where he was receiving treatment for an illness. The cause of death is yet to be known.
The 'Agartha' hitmaker celebrated his 76th birthday on Tuesday, March 31.
The news of his demise has hit the Entertainment Industry and a lot of Ghanaian celebrities have taken to social media to offer their condolences.
Nana Kwame Ampadu is a composer, guitarist and singer who is known for his brilliant storytelling skills through highlife music.
