"Just as Kwame Nkrumah won the 1951 parliamentary election from prison, the same will Honourable Gakye Quayson will", the Honourable Member of Parliament for North Tongu indicated in a Facebook post.

The Member of Parliament was emphatic that history was going to be repeated, " declaring that the history of 1951 will repeat itself again".

Mr. Ablakwa maintained, "It's extremely curious that the AG and the judiciary insist that his prosecution is most urgent so he must appear in court daily despite his parliamentary contest;meanwhile on the E-Levy case which ppears dead after filing some 15 months ago".
