THE VICE President who doubles as the flagbearer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahama Bawumia has launched a verbal attack at President Nana Addo Dankwa
for introducing E-Levy, betting tax, VAT on electricity, Emissions Levy for Ghanaians to pay.
Bawumia, a political mentee of Akufo-Addo is campaigning to save Ghana from the hardships he and his mentor, Akufo-Addo have worsened on the nation. He needs to accept responsibility to procure some respect.
He promises to abolish E-Levy and other taxes or levies when he becomes the president.
Same man promised in 2016 that they're going to shift the economy from taxation driven to production driven knowing very well that he had no power to deliver that.
He promised they're going to build concrete roads. He even said that we needn't take loans to construct roads.
