The Chairman for Dominion University College in Accra, Prof. Felix Nikoi Hammond, has charged graduates to be very innovative, creative and don't be scared to take risk in their endeavours.
According to the chairman, it's about time University graduates starts to create sustainable jobs to become employers than depending on government to get white colour jobs.
Take risk if you win you will be happy and if you fail you will learn a lesson," Dr Hammond offered the advised.
Prof. Hammond made this pronouncement during the 6th graduation ceremony of Dominion University College in Accra on Saturday April 15, 2023.
The university has held its 6th graduation on Saturday in Accra with a charge on graduands to uphold integrity, character and workplace competence.
A total of 218 students graduated and were presented with certificates for their outstanding performance in their respective disciplines. 
Prof. Hammond in his address congratulated the graduates and urged them to use the knowledge they acquired to transform their lives world and make it better and better.
He charged them not to forget their backgrounds but rather, be humbled by it and let their training have a positive reflection on them and all those they associate with.
Additionally, Prof. Hammond pointed out that, ICT Education is very important and the government of Ghana needs to pay attention to that sector to enhance teaching and learning of ICT in the country.
"Since we are in a computer age, everything has to do with ICT hence the call," he stressed.
He charged them not to forget their backgrounds but rather, be humbled by it and let their training have a positive reflection on them and all those they associate with.
The 6th graduation was on the theme;“ Think Possibilities .”
