COP Dampare finally grabs Captain Smart

Captain Smart has been arrested.
The Ghana Police Service revealed that the controversial presenter used unsavoury pronouncements that "hinges on peace and security" of the country.
The former Angel Broadcasting Network morning show host was gripped by the Nima Divisional Police Command on, Thursday, December 2, 2021, after being cautioned on the offence of "offensive conduct conducive to breaches of the peace as provided under section207 of the Criminal Act, 1960 (Act29)."
The Police in a statement signed by Deputy Superintendent of Police Public Affairs, Juliana Obeng revealed that the presenter is “presently in the custody of Police assisting the investigations.
The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Akuffo Dampare has won the admiration of the public following crucial decisions made since he assumed office and how he is structuring and employing sanity and integrity in the Police Service.
Many tagged Captain Smart as "untouchable" especially with his affiliation with the "Fix the Country" group and how he rose to fame after quitting Angel FM to join Onua FM of Media General.
