Burnley recorded consecutive top-flight victories over West Ham for the first time since October 1973. The Clarets defeated Westham by 3-0 kind courtesy Barnes, Wood and Reberto.

Sean Dyche changed out both fullbacks, with Phil Bardsley and Charlie Taylor recalled for Erik Pieters and Matt Lowton.

Chris Wood was also fit enough to start for the first time in three games, taking Jay Rodriguez's place in attack.

Ryan Fredericks was back at right-back and Pablo Fornals returned in the hole, with Pablo Zabaleta and Andriy Yarmolenko dropping out.

Barnes scored in the 11-minute for Burnley.

Hendrick's delivery of a corner was headed back into the middle by Tarkowski, who did brilliantly to reach the ball, and Barnes poked it in from six yards out.

Wood headed in a wicked cross from McNeil, leaving Roberto with no chance. But just as they were getting ready for the restart, VAR reviewed the incident and disallowed the goal- Wood was just ahead of his man, It looked tight on first viewing but the reaction of both sets of players made it more clear cut.

Wood undoubtedly douled Burnley’s lead a minute to wrap up the first half before Roberto scored and own goal in the 54-minute for the home side.

Westwood's corner from the right was swung right towards the goalkeeper and he flapped horribly at it on its way into the back of the net.

West Ham have lost four of their last five Premier League games, after suffering just one defeat in the 11 before that.

Tottenham Hotspurs 1 -1 Sheffield United

Spurs played a 1-1 draw with Sheffield United on homes soil leaving them on the 12th position of the league table with 14 points, their lowest after 12 games to a Premier League season since 2008/09.

Toby Alderweireld dropped to the bench with Eric Dier making just his second start of the Premier League season. There was also a first Premier League start for Giovani Lo Celso, who replaced Christian Eriksen after impressing in the Champions League in midweek. Harry Kane, who started in midweek, returned after illness as Ben Davies was preferred to Ryan.

Chris Wilder’s men were unchanged from their win over Burnley. They only made nine changes to their starting XI all season.

Son punished Sheffield after a defensive error. Spurs tried to work some short stuff in and around the box but Stevens was there to cover. He played a poor ball back towards O'Connell who stood still and Son nipped in. Hewas only about eight yards out on the angle and his shot squirmsthrough the legs of Henderson.

Two minutes later, Stevens got down the left and reversed a ball into the back post for McGoldrick to tap home from close range. The players headed back to the centre-circle but there's a VAR review, which disallowed goal.

Sheffield kept pressing and were rewarded with the leveler in the 78-minute after his big toe took centre stage in the VAR review earlier.

Southampton 1 - 2 Everton

Richarlison's second-half strike handed Everton their first away win of the season as they beat Southampton 2-1.

Everton took the lead after four minutes, Tom Davies heading in at the back post after Mason Holgate had flicked on Gylfi Sigurdsson’s corner.

Cenk Tosun twice went close to doubling Everton’s lead as the Toffees dominated the opening half.

Half-time substitute Sofiane Boufal had an immediate impact for Southampton, crossing for Danny Ings to tap in on 50 minutes.

The decisive moment came in the 75th minute, with Djibril Sidibe crossing for Richarlison to finish.

Everton climb up to 13th with 14 points, while Southampton sit 19th with eight.

Baldock got free on the right and sent in a cross that evaded everyone - including his teammate Basham, who might be offside - and flew into the far corner.

The Blades are only the third newly-promoted side to avoid defeat in each of their opening six away games to a Premier League season.
