Young George Floyd's daughter, her mother, and their legal team are getting ready to fight Kanye West in court.
Following his latest remarks regarding Floyd's passing, the family declared they would sue him for a quarter of a billion dollars.
Gianna's mother, Roxie Washington, revealed she had hired a group of attorneys to pursue Ye, his business partners, and his associates. Roxie is Floyd's only child.
They are suing for emotional suffering, slander, misappropriation, and harassment.
Injuries totaling $250 million are sought by the family.
