Georgina Ibe: "I'm ready for marriage, but not at the expense of my career"

The gifted actress, who is currently in high demand in the Nigerian film business, stressed the value of finding a companion who shares her passion for acting and encourages her to pursue her goals.

The actress, who was born in Imo State and is well-known for her attractive curves and on-screen persona, shared her views on marriage in an exclusive interview with NollyNow.

The Ladies in Power star, who lost her father in 2020, draws inspiration from her parents' long-lasting marriage, stating, "I believe so much in marriage and having kids."

Even though Georgina Ibeh is single right now, she has experience making plans for the future. With her YouTube channel, appropriately called the "Georgina Ibeh Channel," she has set the stage for a professional change following her marriage. She disclosed that the channel is her "retirement plan" for the day she gets married. Ibeh recognizes that marriage may require a change in her work responsibilities, so she sees this endeavor as a way to combine her career and family life.

"In the course of doing my work as an actress, some said I am intelligent, hardworking, and a good role model to many young ladies," Georgina Ibeh added. "Others said I appear to be outspoken and fearless when it comes to issues that affect other people."

Ibeh takes her work seriously and has an unquestionable track record of achievement in the entertainment world. She acknowledged, "I play every role given to me in movies as if my life depends on it," demonstrating her commitment to her work.

Georgina Ibeh, despite her prominence on film, identified as more of an introvert in her personal life. "I love my space, I love to be alone most of the time," she said. Her performances have gained depth from her capacity to flip between introversion and extroversion, which, in her own words, enables her to "play [her] role and come out of the character as soon as [she is] done."

Georgina Ibeh started her professional career in the entertainment sector in 2015, having graduated from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, five years earlier. She has since been on television in a number of well-known shows, including "The Patriot," "Super Story," "This Life," "The Benjamin," and many more.
