THE INCUMBENT Member of Parliament (MP) for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Akim Swedru Constituency in the Eastern Region, Honourable Kennedy Osei Naryko has successfully gone through vetting.
He has been considered the surest best for the party in that constituency.
He however picked number 1 on the parliamentary primary ballot and indicated his readiness to continue to make the constituency a better place to stay for the people.
Speaking to majority of supporters and delegates, they indicated that they have confidence in Honourable Kennedy osei Naryko and are ready to vote for him to continue to lead the party in the constituency.
According to them, they are fully behind the NPP sitting MP and have endorsed him already as the ideal candidate in Akim Swedru constituency in the upcoming NPP primaries, even before the vetting.
In an interview after the vetting, Hon Kennedy Osei described his support for the constituents and constituency unmatched and noted that he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the NPP during the 2020 and previous elections in the area.
Hon Kennedy Osei highlighted his significant leadership contributions .
According to him ,he supported the party during its registration exercise, providing crucial resources such as financial aid, sound systems, brand-new vehicles, food, and organizing youth groups, among other things.
Throughout the campaign period, he remained steadfastly involved, tirelessly moving from house to house to campaign and offering substantial resources.
Understanding the importance of accountability to the people, especially in the “year of roads,” he and the constituency’s youth and executives engaged with constituents, even braving the rain to inform them about the government’s accomplishments.
Hon Osei has proven himself to be a dedicated and resourceful supporter of the NPP party, actively contributing to its success during elections and working tirelessly for the betterment of the Akim Swedru Constituency.
He then appealed to the delegates to vote for him as Akim Swedru parliamentary candidate to continue his good leadership.
