Lilwin fires Martha Ankomah, saying "Any idiot can go to court "

Actor and singer Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin, well-known in Kumawood, has quietly made fun of Ghallywood actress Martha Ankomah.

Lilwin fires Martha Ankomah, saying "Any idiot can go to court "

In response to Martha Ankomah's lawsuit, the actor has discreetly responded to the actress on his own Instagram page.

The singer of the hit song "Mama Boss Papa" uploaded a video to his Instagram page in which Asiedu Nketia of the NDC angrily declared that anyone can go to court.

“I say that any idiot can go to court. Those who do not understand it may have a problem with logic”, Asiedu Nketia was heard saying in the video Lilwin posted.

The argument that should be provided to a plaintiff is that "Any idiot can go to court," as stated by Asiedu Nketia, "because a defendant is not guilty until a judge declares them to be guilty."

In the video, he claims that even Ghana's constitution explicitly states that anyone can file a lawsuit; all it takes is a judge to determine if the case is warranted or not.

"When they declare that you've been brought before a judge. And you are found guilty even before the case is heard. That's the answer you need to provide. It does not make you feel bad when someone brings you before the court. That is to say, you can be sued by any moron. However, the courts would determine whether or not the case makes sense. You comprehend. And in Ghana, we follow that procedure. It is clearly stated in our laws that anyone can appear in court. Asiedu Nketia was added to Lilwin's video.

He captioned the post “As the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the Ghanaian people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution. The movie is My Life. Long live Ghana ???????? Movie”.
