The Chairman of the M&C Group Global, a Ghanaian firm in consultancy, commodity trading and other services, Mr. Michael Leslie Bartlett-Vanderpuye, has extended his 2023 New Year greetings and best wishes to the cherished clients and general public, with an assurance to position the company to deliver in the expectations of its clients and general public.

"As we all know, ushering into the new year, is done with a plethora of expectations and a burning desire that each one is met," the young Ghanaian entrepreneur stated this in a new year message copied to Soireenews-com
We at M&C Group deem it fit that our expectations will be met with yours for a lasting relationship to grow.
In the coming year, as a company, we choose to be more daring with opportunities. Harnessing best practices as solutions whenever the need arises.
We will continue to be optimistic as we provide you reliable solutions all  year round. Happy new year and may you blossom together with us.
It will be recalled that on Monday December 12, 2022 the Chairman of M&C Group Global and his hardworking staff have engaged the media and used the opportunity to call on the government to strategically partner the private sector to ensure value addition to the country’s exports.
He said it was time for the country to move away from the exportation of raw materials to semi-finished products that could harness its gains from the world market.
Mr Bartlett-Vanderpuye said the government needed to deploy pragmatic steps to revamp the country’s export-oriented and value-added industries to help generate more revenue for development.
"We are very keen on value addition and that is the reason why the M&C Group Global is taking steps to help diversify the country’s exports.
"We need to add value to goods and products meant for exports to the international market to generate more revenue and create jobs for the youth," he said.
The media engagement created a platform for M&C Group to launch its ultra-modern head office complex at East Legon in the Greater Accra Region and its newly designed corporate attire.
It was also part of activities to mark the company's 15th anniversary celebration in the country.
The Group Chairman observed that the company had nurtured 15 companies into fruition and their performances in the business world were an epitome of success, crowning efforts with beautiful results.
He said that the group prides itself with a sizable number of research and information professionals working to fulfill its business dreams in Ghana and other parts of the world.
Mr Bartlett-Vanderpuye noted that the group operated a firm that refined and exported gold for the international market.
Riding on its successful export portfolio over the period, he said the company had decided to expand its operations by adding value to its raw gold exports.
Towards that, he said the firm had already secured a refinery license, and started building a refinery in the country.
When completed, he said the new refinery would be clothed with the capacity to produce 100 kilogrammes of gold per day for the international market.
"We have already started with the construction of the refinery and secured machinery from Italy for its operationalisation. We want to produce 100 kilogrammes of gold a day to serve the export market," he said.
He explained that the company had realised that those who built big refineries were not able to secure enough supply of the raw materials to boost production.
"And so, we realised that with 100 kilogramme per day, we will be able to manage and refine the minerals before they are exported to the international market," he said.
The Group Chairman said management of the company was hopeful that the refinery which was 60 per cent complete would be operational by the third quarter of next year.
He said the raw material to be used by the new refinery would be sourced directly from its own mines in the country and for that reason would operate at full capacity at all times.
"We are also committed to the government's policy to sell a percentage of our gold produce to the Bank of Ghana (BoG)," he added.
The M&C Group Global has opened to the Journalists the newly-built and furnished ultra-mordern headquarters located at East Legon in Accra.

The edifice is a storey building with offices for staff of the company, meeting room, gold refining room, washrooms, large storage room and visitors’ waiting centre among others.
