MP donates 36 Wheelchairs To Physically Challenge Persons In Wenchi

Member of Parliament for Wenchi Constituency, Alhaji Haruna Seidu on Thursday presented brand new 36 wheelchairs to physically challenged persons in the area.

At a short ceremony to present the wheelchairs, the Legislature pledged his commitment to support people with disabilities in the area.
Before this presentation, I had already given the physically challenge persons a skills training he lamented.

Additionally, the legislator urged Ghanaians to end discrimination of any form against physically challenged, saying they deserve love and support.
Honorable Alhaji Haruna Seidu commended persons living with disabilities in the area for not begging on the streets.

Chairman of the Wenchi Municipal Physically Challenge Association, who is the representative for Disabled Persons at the Wenchi Municipal Assembly, Honourable, Richard Ofosu Ameyaw thanked the MP for his humanitarian gesture to them.
Some of the beneficiaries also expressed their profound gratitude to the MP and appealed to him to provide their colleagues who are not using wheelchairs, with walking sticks to ease their movement.
