Solomon Kwawukume believes that the E-levy has no moral grounding.

Solomon Kwawukume, Executive Director of the Center for Natural Resources and Environmental Management (CNREM), has argued that E-levy has no moral justification if things are done appropriately. 

He told the media that if the countries under the production sharing agreement followed these regulations, the E-levy issue would not have arisen. 

"We have been producing oil for ten years and we are doing the right thing. "This country has three oil fields," he said. 

"We aren't doing things correctly." "How would our task specialists collect money from multinational oil firms if they can't collect money from traders in Makola?" he said. 

"I consider the E-levy bill's approval to be a poor law. It is not a good thing to learn if we should follow in the footsteps of other countries," he continued.
