Teenager sustains severe injuries after being trapped in a corn mill machine
The Father of the victim Emmanuel Kofi Afadzinu says due to the inability of the family to pay the GHc12,000 medical bills incurred, the victim has been detained at the hospital and they are therefore appealing to philanthropist to come to their aid.

A 19 year old boy has sustained severe injuries after he was trapped in a cron mill machine in the Ehiamankyene community.
Afadzinu Lucean was operating a corn mill machine at Ehiamankyene, in Fanteakwa North District in the Eastern Region of Ghana, when he was accidentally trapped in the machine.
Afadzinu sustained a fracture in the limbs, hands, and legs and bruises on his hand.
Reports indicate that a timely intervention by those around saved him from further harm.
He was rushed to St. Joseph’s Government Hospital in Koforidua where he is currently receiving treatment.
The family has already spent more than GHc10,000 on his medical bills.
The parents who are peasant farmers are now struggling to come up with money to settle the rest of the medical bills.
