Kros has narrated how he produced the beat for Gyakie and Omah Lay's "Forever" track.

The Ghanaian producer revealed that he made the beat on a drilling ship.

"I produced a beat whilst I wz on a freakn drilling ship ma guy. Sent it to @ElectroMirror that same day. 2 days later, mirror told me @gyakie had finished the song. Just 2 days ooo. Now that song has @Omah_Lay on it n it’s 1 of the biggest tunes to eva come 4rm the motherland." He wrote on his social media page.

He used the opportunity of his acclaimed success to drop nuggets for upcoming producers.

"So you’re an upcoming producer and you think your only breakthrough will be if you produce for a “major” league artist. Jack, shorn Dey lie your body. Find a good talent and send beats through ma guy!! Forget the quick money." He advised.

Gyakie's "Forever" track has been firing up the Billboard thriller charts, and the Apple Top 100 in both Ghana and Nigeria.

The artiste, together with her team, Flip the Music, has landed an international record deal with Sony music entertainment, RCA records UK, and Sony Music Africa which enlists Sony Music West Africa as the home office with Sony Music East and South Africa all on deck after the collaboration.

She announced this feat earlier on her Instagram page after RCA UK posted “Incoming! Gyakie is now part of the RCA UK family!” on their own page.

“I am excited to join RCA/Sony Music International with my label Flip the Music on my journey to become a global superstar,” Gyakie told Ghanaian-based music channel 4syte TV.

Flip the Music President and founder Emmanuel ‘electro mirror’ Sedo added “We are thrilled to join the Sony Music family. Gyakie has become a superstar in the African music scene and thus the reason for this partnership to propel her to the international music scene. We are eager for the journey ahead”
