The Chiefs, Opinion leaders and some Queen mothers numbering over 70 match through the principal streets of Enchi, singing, shouting and chanting war songs to protest against the registrar to expressed theie displeasure about the alleged misconduct of the activities of the registrar.

Some Divisional Chiefs in the Aowin Traditional Council in the Western Region have demonstrated against their Registrar and have called for his immediate transfer, whose actions and conduct they think are promoting division in their traditional area.

The Chiefs, Opinion leaders, and some Queen mothers numbering over 70 matches through the principal streets of Enchi, singing, shouting, and chanting war songs to protest against the registrar texexpressheir displeasure about the alleged misconduct of the activities of the registrar. 

The Chief of New Yakasi, Nana Ofori Osipim II who led the demonstration interacting with the media said, the registrar had abandoned his office which is at the Omanhene palace to rent a private place making it the traditional authorities difficult to access him when the need arises. 
 
Adding that, the people of Aowin are lovely and caring and are willing to work with anyone but the conduct of their registrar is nothing to write home about resulting in full of confusion in the Traditional Council and are calling on the Ministry of chieftaincy and Religious Affairs to urgently transfer their registrar since they don't have any trust in him anymore.

Some chiefs also after their protest explained that the conduct of their registrar is not promoting the peace the people are enjoying in the area.
