Atiwa East NPP In Disarray As Independent Parliamentary Candidate Unveils Historic Christmas Lighting and Decor In Anyinam

CREDIBLE information reaching Soireenews. com indicates that Atiwa East Constituency branch of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Eastern Region is in serious trouble and confusion.
The NPP, which is the most dominant in the constituency, is on the verge of losing that dominance following the increasing affection for an independent parliamentary candidate, Nana Adjei Kyerema.
This show of affection came to light when the candidate, Nana Kyerema who announced his readiness to run as an independent candidate in the 2024 elections to snatch the seat from
NPP, unveiled Historic Christmas Lighting and Decor in Anyinam.
The first ever event, which was initially scheduled to be a brief one, turned into a mammoth rally which attracted several residents, chiefs, clergy and opinion leaders from all parts of the constituency.
Addressing the crowds in an atmosphere of jubilation, Nana Kyerema called for peace and unity to ensure a resounding victory.
He noted that the Christmas is a time of giving, joyous celebration and expression of gratitude as well as a season to renew hope and further inspire everyone.
It is in the spirit of giving that, according to Nana Kyerema has informed his decision to light up Atiwa East this Christmas, to make Anyinam a tourist hub this Christmas.
There could not have been a better time to outdoor this Historic project in the district capital Anyinam to express our gratitude to GOD almighty for giving us life through the year 2023 in spite of all the highs and the lows as well as inspire hope for the coming days and year 2024.
This historic project comes on the back of other developmental projects undertaken through Nana Adjei Kyerema's Foundation in the Atiwa East District.
Nana Adjei Kyerema, being a youth and children focused person, thought it an awesome opportunity to inspire the youth and children during this season by putting together this Historic Christmas lights and decor project to light up Anyinam.
The project is to prove, inspire and motivate the people of Atiwa East particularly youth and children to know that it is possible for good things to come to Anyinam and the district as a whole, just like we see on TV in developed countries and the cities and also the fact that Atiwa East also deserves an inspiring and bright Christmas just as is done abroad and in big cities.
It is in light of joyous celebration that we are lighting up Atiwa East here in Anyinam this Christmas, today Christmas Eve, 24th December 2023 to renew hope and inspire the youth that, there is hope for the future, Atiwa East will rise and work again.
The Chief of Anyinam, Barima Okogyeabusua Baning Duodu together with all the Pastors in the area joined hands to light up the Christmas Tree with support from everyone.
The children, whom such things excite so much are not left out in this celebration. All the children in the event grounds were yougiven Christmas hats, spectacles and popcorn free of any charge so they can also celebrate the occasion.
