“Ban Pragia riders from plying Berekum town centre”- Opinion leader to authorities as he threatens to use military force

An opinion leader and a businessman in the Berekum East Municipality of the Bono Region, Nana Poku Okukuodurufo is calling for a ban on Pragia riders from the Municipality’s town centre.
According to him, the operations of the riders at the central business district of the town have been causing congestion and huge traffic in the Municipality hence his concern.
He noted that moving the riders to a more convenient place to ease traffic in the central business district is the only one that will bring back the former beauty of the town.
Nana Nana Poku Okukuodurufo says he has already sermon necessary authorities in charge of managing the Municipality pending results and response.
When asked what his next actions will be should the authorities fail to address his concerns, he said he will not hesitate to use military force to ensure the riders are off the main streets.
